Blistmatic AAD-230 is a cantilever-type double-track blister packaging machine by Quintess Micron Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara. Handles both Alu-Alu cold forming and Alu-PVC thermoforming with 230mm foil width. Machine speed up to 50 strokes per minute producing 4 to 6 lakh tablets per shift. Servo-controlled linear indexing drive with no micron stops. Pneumatic dropping system with servo rotary feeder for accurate product placement. Blister inspection system with automatic rejection. Print registration (pack-to-print) and scrap winder included. Full GMP stainless steel cladding. Mitsubishi PLC with FESTO/SMC pneumatics. Footprint: 2700 x 1200 x 2100 mm. Connected power 15 kW, average load 5 kW. Suitable for tablets, capsules, caplets and soft gelatin blister packs.
